"The Hampton Inn on St. Charles Avenue is very clean; has great service; is located on the streetcar route; rooms are spacious; and it is located in the beautiful Garden Strict, and Superior Grill is 10 feet from the hotel property. There’s also a Fresh Market very close to the hotel. We love this hotel!"

"Staying at this property was amazing. It was located in a great area. I was able to check in early without any issues or delays. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Parking was good and in the chosen area which was on the 1st floor as requested. The bed was very soft and comfortable."

"The staff was exceptional. They immediately identified how they could assist with our trip such as booking dinner reservations. Parking was incredibly close and easy to access as well as secure."

"Very clean and cute. My only complaint is there is no microwave in the room but they will warm it down stairs. And my other complaint is there is no daily room service. Other than that it was a great stay. The location is a little questionable but it ended up being really quiet"

"The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious, the beds, sheets, and all that were fine. But the room had a strong musty smell. Also, the floor of the bathroom was not clean, so that when we stepped in the shower, our feet were black. The staff was nice, and seemed concerned, but the standard needs to be improved."

"I really enjoyed my stay-which consisted of 5 days. The rooms are roomy and clean. I felt at home with a full kitchen, comfortable living, along with a clean, comfortable bedroom. We had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast and checking in on a Wednesday they were grilling burgers. What a heartwarming welcome. We were hungry from traveling. I felt like I had just made it home. Thanks Residence Inn. I will be returning."

"A quite location just a few blocks away from all the busy! Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly and wanting to help with everything! The room was spacious and modern and very cozy beds! We will be back! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!"

"We enjoyed our stay immensely! Staff were awesome, music in the bar was mind blowing, rooftop bar was fun - but we were shocked by the amount of "TAX" that were added on to our stay - Amenity Fee, State Tax, Convention and Tourism Tax, City Tax, and a Parking Tax on top of the Valet service. It won't deter us from recommending the place, or returning - it was just an unexpected surprise."

"The restaurant staff was extremely slow. Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated on two days. We asked the bar for a mimosa that he never brought to the table. Some of the assistants do not understand or speak English. My dad gave one of the attendees a tip but only had a $20. Asked for change of $15. The guy wasn’t going to reimburse. A co worker had to cashapp my father the difference two days later. The parking is high for guests $45 per night."
