The Hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly and accommodating. But the housekeeping I think needs a little bit of improvement, for example the bathroom’s tub is a little bit greasy, but overall everything is good.

Very accessible to the shops in Shibuya (Parco Mall, Don Quixote) restaurants, shibuya crossing and metro, i highly recommend this hotel. Although the room is bit small, they have a kitchen and laundry room and a social room on the 2nd floor. The staff is very warm and i love that they gave Japanese ...

we went to fish market although we found train system very like London underground to much walk for 6 year old and myself cause walking difficuites ,also the langue barrier was quite a hurdle for us very few shopds near hotel
Great place to stay for Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea.
A bit under utililized by travelers but has most of what you need in this area. Very convenient location and reasonably priced.
