"Overall the listing was not what we had expected. The address was not accurate and led us to a completely different block. We only received 1 towel for 2 nights for each person, we requested more but did not get an answer from the host. The area was good though, located close to the station and convenience stores. The washroom was really tight and there was leakage in the pipes. Cleanliness was not the best. Our neighbours were great though!"

"I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. Please take advantage of the late nights walks you can go on and enjoy each detail because it is what makes this place so special. Will for sure book again if I go back to Japan anytime soon. "Hotel conveniently located next/ adjoining the Sunshine City Mall where there are plenty of dining options and restaurants. The hotel has comfortable rooms with laundry room on the six floor with dryers and washing machines ( nominal fee) for hotel guests. There is a 24h convenience Family mart where one can purchase a plethora of different food items which can be heated in the store and numerous baked goods, drinks, snacks and gift items. The hotel staff are polite, efficient and friendly. An easy 10 minute walk to the station/ Metro."
