"Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein kleiner Mangel im Zimmer wurde sofort behoben. Die Welcome Drinks um 17 Uhr sind auch eine großartige Sache. Das Zimmer ist sinnvoll aufgeteilt und wir fanden den Platz ausreichend- auch für zwei große Koffer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Bett bequem, die kleine Küche ideal. Die Lage ist super. "

"I had a great trip. Thank you to Tony who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Due to xmas the shopping slots were all gone and only a few days before our arrival there was a slot. He was very helpful in making sure our groceries order was collected by him when delivered to the apartment and then came again to put in our room ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely not forget his kind gesture!! Room was cosy and clean toilets! A nice lobby / lounge area in main...

"Loved our stay in a 2 bed apartment in Braid apartments. Beds so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave ! Great welcome basket with some breakfast items were waiting for us on arrival. 2 bathrooms with showers in each and great heat throughout the apartment. Super place to be based as so close to princes street and main sites. Staff very helpful before arrival and provided information when it was needed. We arrived around 8pm and it was easy to access with the provided code which was emailed...

"The location is great and very central and walkable from Edinburgh city center, bus stops and other places to see. The apartment was very modern and equipped with all the required amenities. Breakfast options were limited- mostly grab and go items and not a hot-food buffet"
