"Everyone who worked there was so polite and helpful. I felt very safe, and my room was absolutely gorgeous. The location was wonderful for me to go on various daily tours with different companies. I was also able to walk to many different exhibits and restaurants. Shopping was close by. Location was wonderful! Also, the breakfast was an amazing buffet. "

"Room was very comfortable, direct access to the thermal spa was really handy, robes and spa towels and slippers and tote bag were very convenient. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms. "

"Perfect location since it was very close to the train station. The hotel was clean, wonderful breakfast but the area around the hotel was sketchy which we were aware of. However we would stay there again without any issues. "
