"We were checking in late past the time of staff being there they had us all set up and ready to go with just a phone call to get all of our information. The staff on the phone was very helpful.The room was cute and cosy very clean. We had coffee and breakfast at the Kent lounge both mornings it was delicious. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again."

"Upon entering I thought the hotel was new but I was wrong. It was built 8 years ago . The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was impeccable-
clean and spacious . Everything looked new . Obviously maintenance is high on the staff’s list . All amenities were clean & open. Breakfasts were good and varied- we stayed 3 nights. There was ample free parking. All in all I enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to people who decide to visit the Niagara Falls...

"We loved our stay at the vittoria hotel. Rooms (2 queen standard city view) were very spacious for our family of 4. Rooms were up to date. It is in clifton hill across from the speedway race track. Indoor Pool and hot tub (in basement)were in great condition with lots of towels available and a beautiful mural of the falls on the wall.
