"LATE CHECK-IN BEWARE. If you don’t plan to arrive until late, be aware that it will be extremely hard to get ahold of someone if there is a problem getting your key from the lockbox. They have a 24/7 support line, but someone doesn’t always answer it. I completed the check-in days before my arrival and received my code. "Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service! Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. "Clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen apartment. Very close to the tram & bus station where you can catch no. 9 tram going to Old Town Zurich and no. 14 tram going Zurich HB where you can catch trams to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and other cities. COOP grocery store is walking distance. There are restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. Laundry in the basement is very convenient if you are staying longer. I’ll stay again."

"Habitación tipo estudio, pequeña en verano muchísima calor! Atención al cliente muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar."

Our only downsides was the dryer did not fully dry clothes we needed to air dry clothes the rest of the way. Additionally the AC is more of a fan which was fine for us with cooler temperatures but would...
