We stayed in tatami rooms. Only suggestion would be a pillow upgrade. There is an Onsen converted into a shower which is nice and refreshing. Great common area. We would stay again. Good cooking facilities as well. "

"Moorea Lodge was fantastic throughout my stay and made the entire visit as easy as possible. Tash and Andres are fantastic hosts who are very friendly and accommodating, they gave out excellent advice about the local area and the best ski runs on the mountain. Top Usu District Hotel Reviews

Hotel Mahoroba

Hotel Mahoroba

8/10 Good
"Hotel was elegant and well maintained with many great facilities. The Onsen experience was excellent with large traditonal public baths on site. Within the Onsen there was a variety of different pools available. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good but had a limited number of vegetarian options. Our room was a traditional Japanese style which was very small and made smaller once the four futons were assembled. The room was very warm, with air conditioning unavailable. There was also a additonal charge for a futon for my 15m old child despite her being in the original booking. Also be aware of the hotel tax payable on checkout."
