"Except for the super loud music from a close by venue /bar it was a great stay. The music didn’t bother us but it may bother others . I ask for an extension and was granted two more hours at no charge Very content"

"Rooms was clean, breakfast was pretty good, no complaints at all. Only downside, was there's only 1 elevator and the Hotel was packed, but, at least it worked. "

"This was a solo trip for me, just for a single night. The staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and parking was easy, directly in front of the entrance. The room was on the bottom floor, right next to the kitchen and breakfast area. Waking up like a fat kid to the smell of pancakes and waffles! The room itself is starting to show its age, carpet looks worn and old. Bed and pillows were comfy. Overall, just fine for a 1 night stay. The area seems safe, it’s directly alongside...

"The room was decently sized for 5 people, the beds were a bit hard though. There were also these little bugs on the sink outside the bathroom. And the shower drain was clogged so the water only drained after you finished, the shower head seems like it was positioned for shorter people, at a weird angle. Breakfast was okay, just hotel food."

"The room was clean, but the fan was incredibly noisy. Much louder than your standard hotel room. We asked to be moved and they kindly accommodated this, but the next room had a fan that hardly blew. I’ve seen multiple complaints on Google about the climate control at this hotel. It’s apparent that they need to upgrade their systems."

"Very sad to say that we’ve been staying at this hotel when it was the Drury Inn for the last four years and everything was great including the managers the staff the happy hour breakfast now that it’s been taken over by Wyndham, the hotel looks rundown. There is no sign on the hotel, it looks really shady. The rooms are not kept up. The air conditioning was not working in the lobby. . There’s a constant dripping sound in our bathroom and the doors were all beat up. You can do better."

"Outdated room interiors, exposed wires on AC unit, empty conditioner bottle in the shower; reserved a king bed room with jetted tub but they ended up not having that room available. Staff were nice but unable to help with the room availability situation. Fruit flies/fungus gnats everywhere. Overpriced for the mediocre quality. I rarely give bad reviews.."

"Holiday Inn Express San Antonio airport area was great/fantastical. VERY VERY CLEAN. The property with pool was lovely. One issue, when I arrived back to Mi I (04-15-2026) I was surprised to see I had been charged an extra 50$??? I didn’t purchase what ‘Sabrina’ called “incidentals”. My husband did not stay with me so it can’t be an ‘extra person’ charge.My husband was not on the original reservation either. Susan Duby"
