"Pros: -clean room/hotel in general -convenient location to parks/Denver area -Safe area -Close to restaurants and shopping Cons: -low water pressure in shower -beds were squeaky -breakfast wasn't great, but I never expect a lot from hotel breakfasts The main issue we had was that we mistakenly left the "do not disturb" sign up, so housekeeping didn't clean our room. We asked the front desk to add us to the housekeeping list for the next day and they took our room number down. The following day...

"I would stay here again. Breakfast was good, eggs, waffles, sausage juices and muffins. Room was clean but the couch/hide a bed was not comfortable. We had to just sleep on it as a couch. Close to where we were going."

The most worse is,the downpayment that i paid with card it never send back to me,,that man reciptionist told me that it took a 3to 10 days before the bank sent me back,so i call the bank tomorrow let me see if the bank recieve it or not,But i dont think so that it cannot show in my online bank if he really sent back to my account ,I known in seconds it appears there if they recieve or someone...

"I never got to sleep in their hotel I let them know that I was late to check in but they were closed at 10 PM and nobody help me I had to walk in the middle of the night to comfort inn and get a room. I haven't checked my bank account but I hope you did not charge me for not staying in the extended stay."

"It seems Like this hotel is working hard to counteract some pretty rough reviews. Our room was immaculate and spacious. It’s budget hotel, but the breakfast buffet was equal to a hotel 3x the cost. The front desk manager when we arrived was very welcoming and pleasant. The pool is under reconstruction. We had a nice stay and we were happy to find a hotel that was half the cost of the others on July 4! Don’t be scared by the reviews, give it a try."

The front desk staff was the best! They remembered why I was there and asked how my entire trip and project was going.
