There was still more than one hour left for breakfast and nothing was available. No coffee or food. The girl working was ignoring everyone and after waiting more than 30 minutes we left to eat somewhere else."

"We have stayed there on several occasions before and this time it seems things are slipping. The room itself was fine. Just needs some TLC. We were originally booked in a room by the elevator and needed to be moved. This was taken care of easily and the staff person was very accommodating. Do not accept a room near an elevator. Breakfast was okay. The coffee in the lobby is a nice touch but we found it was luke warm. Like I say, it's slipping but it's not totally bad. Just needs some TLC."
