My husband and I stayed one night (5-24) but would have stayed longer if we could have. The hotel is spotless, the room large and comfortable, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, Kudos to Nickie who made us feel like we were family. She is awesome! Also the building maintenance man and the lovely woman who kept the breakfast pans filled. We were offered a cookie and bottle of water at check in as well as 2 drink coupons for a local restaurant. We will definitely go back there!

Comfortable, quiet, and clean. Good breakfast each morning and staff were always quick to help. Plenty of options for food nearby and within easy walking distance of downtown.

Convenient… super close to the thruway, checked in late at night and front desk clerk was lovely. Quiet room. And the room is spotless! Breakfast included will save us time in the morning!

For being next to a busy road, we heard NOTHING in our room. It was quiet, clean and the pool hours were great for my little one. We would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel - good location.
We were attending a wedding near by and the location was perfect, staff very friendly and efficient and the accommodations clean and spacious.

The staff was nice and helpful. Our room had a few areas though that looked like they were not clean, like watermarks on the countertop, and details were missed like no soap in the bathroom. The breakfast was just ok. It was a really busy weekend when we stayed and the staff seemed really busy. I’m wondering if they were short staffed. It did impress Me though even with a million things going on their staff kept their cool and smiles on their faces.

Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of closet space. Shower door needed adjustment, but we just dealt with it.

I was double billed for my stay. $500 is alot of money. It was pretty obvious that I used Expedia yet my credit card was billed for the stay anyway.

Really thin walls. Heard baby crying all night! Also there were loud noises all night from something in walls. Something building related. Otherwise hotel nice.

Clean and friendly
Desk clerk was very good. Due to shortage of staff he checked room before letting us access to ensure it had been properly cleaned. Very impressive.

The room was clean. But the sink was blocked in the bathroom. The TV was missing which they informed me about at the front desk. The pull out couch band was broken could not use. My fellow traveler had to sleep on the couch which was not comfortable. They could not offer any sort of refund because they said I booked through Expedia

The had a large group staying at the hotel and ran out of breakfast. The staff offered no compensation for the inconvenience. Desk staff was unpleasant.

This location was excellent. Almost 5 stars on all the questions except the last night we were there, it got loud at the pool area. Kids with there families were there after their game ( not sure what sport) but the kids were so loud, banging the doors and playing around the pool area.unfortunately our room was right next to the pool area. They did stop during closing time. That was the only issue we encountered.

Cold unfriendly check-in. I asked for a place to buy food and got a vague pointing (in the wrong direction)… in the am there was no bread for toast, and skimpy provisions in general. I wished to do laundry and when I requested quarters at the desk, I was told that they were locked in someone’s office and that she would not be in. Not third world problems, but I felt quite soured on the facility and would not recommend it .

Very friendly staff, our room was a little run down but nice, there was a bed cover for a curtain... didn't find that out until 530am when the sun blasted through it. Other than that a nice clean place to stay for the night.
