"False advertising. In the winter, there is no hot tub. There is no Terrace open. Rooms have a strange smell. Owner refused to refund us but we left early after so many issues and got a partial refund. Don’t come in the winter. "

"Our room was overlooking the park and it was beautiful. The location is superb. The check-in process was slightly funky due to having to locate the main hotel when we were staying in a suite in a different building, but it was not a big issue. Room was comfortable but be warned that the espresso maker in the room must be turned off after your cup is poured. Delicious coffee though. If you want to see the Alcazar book in advance! Beware the audio tours of the Cathedral for being overpriced....

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had our first proper sleep in 6 days. No fridge, safety deposit box or tea coffee in the room. Tea/coffee was available in patio area. Only camomile was available. Was concerned reading mix reviews but would recommend this place. "

"This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. The living area is oddly situated with a terrarium taking up a lot of space. But the amenities are quite nice. Our main complaint is that there was deafening construction going on in the surrounding apartments and it was really impossible to rest, read or nap during construction hours. We toured Sevilla so it didn't bother us too much but when we were in the apartment during siesta time it was intense and we were woken to this noise at 8:00 AM...

"Awesome Location- Great Terrace- Location is Primo-- Beds were good- Kitchen AOK Needs a knife sharpener-- AC in LR struggles to keep up Property Manager was an hour delayed to let us in despite our crisp communication. They did their best on a busy hot day and provided compensation to make us happy. I will stay there again Awesomer Location..."
