"The location is great, property is clean, the staff were nice and friendly. The only reason for 1 less star is that the property needs updating, by that I mean stained carpets, and it just appears a bit worn out so to speak."

"Very family friendly and excellent staff. The outside of the building looks a little junky. The inside was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Please note that if you have kids the twin beds are separate and cannot be combined into one bed if you get the family room. The shutto driver was excellent"

"Super friendly staff.. Go out of your way to help.. And always with a smile. Got up grated to a superior room... A lovely surprise, lovely clean roo... Slept like a log during our stay. So many choices during Breakfast.. Not to be missed if staying here. Centrally located, with easy reach of Tram / Main train station and a couple of shopping malls too. Definitely recommend for city centre stay. Thank you to all the staff for a great service!"

"We had a super early flight, so I decided to book this hotel for our final night of the trip. Best decision ever! Waking up and walking 30 steps to the departures was the best. We checked in after returning our car around 9 pm and were gone by about 5 am, so we didn't stay long enough to use anything beyond the room. The hotel is well maintained, clean, they had already set up the spare bed for our son. Perfect for what we needed and made our long travel day a little easier!"

"This is great Hotel. I think when you rate a hotel, there arehotels that you look at as a destination and there’s destinations where you stay at any nice hotel. This is a great hotel for someone who is visiting Helsinki. The location is fine. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever been to in my life and the staff is outstanding. They have a sauna in a lot of the rooms, but if not, there’s a sauna in the basement. This is a solid, four-star hotel, and most of time when we travel in Europe or where the destination is more important in the hotel, this is the type of hotel we look for prices and rooms are perfectly adequate. Breakfast is outstanding and usually we spend very little time in the hotel other than breakfast the morning and evening. We’re out during the day. There’s no need to break the bank, but that’s your plan."
