"The hotel looks old from the outside, but the rooms are renovated, the bathrooms are new, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft, the room was clean, and the pool was very clean. I enjoyed spending the afternoon there. My stay was comfortable and pleasant."

"Check in was great, very friendly service. Check out was not friendly at all. She only said 3 words to me. Room number? Receipt? That was it. Her customer service needs a lot of work. Maybe learn to smile and actually look at the guest instead of the computer screen. Just left it on a really bad ..."
