"Thank you for hosting me for my recent stay. The booking process through Expedia was smooth, and the location was easy to find. It’s a clean area, there’s also a shop within walking distance, access to the trams as well. I appreciate the effort of the staff and hope the property continues to welcome future guests."

"The check-in process is just very clunky. Make sure you speak directly to your host prior to arrival. I ended up having to wait at the property for over 45 minutes before finally getting in contact with my host and learning everything that needed to be done prior to checking in.
