"Good hotel very clean and professional"

"Shuttle doesnt run between 9am - 5pm. Hotel restaurant is closed for dinner on friday and saturdays and doesnt do lunch unless for large group request, fair enough as its a transit horel but just not anywhere super nearby to get food. Remedied it by walking to a local supermarket 1km or so away. Hotel very clean though and modern, can't complain about that and it was cheap."

"Habitué de séjourner dans cet excellent hôtel, j'ai été très étonné de ne pas bénéficier comme toujours du parking gratuit de l'hôtel compris avec ma nuitée !!! Selon l'hôtel, il n'était pas noté par EXPEDIA que je bénéficie de cet avantage Heureusement que le personnel de la réception est compréhensif et à l'écoute des demandes des clients !"

"The hotel is lovely, the rooms are a great size and I really enjoyed the quirky decor, the bed is amazingly comfortable and HUGE. There isn’t much in the local area immediately outside of the hotel, but the tram / metro is very close plus it’s 15-20 minutes to Grand Place by foot anyway. The only downside, and it is a big downside, is that it’s very noisy. Perhaps this is just if you’ve got a room on the front of the hotel like we did. "Appears to be predominantly a business hotel. However, Reception and cleaning staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. There are a few cafes for breakfast within walking distance but not much in the way of restaurants nearby for an evening meal. We tended to walk into the historic centre to eat in the evening. We ate breakfast in the hotel on our last morning and it was plentiful and delicious. "
