"No longer offers breakfast "

"Well first off of your an Expedia member they seem not to like Expedia. I am a platinum member and a Bonvoy member and asked for a room with two beds they told me they could but not for Expedia members (shocking). If you have a room facing the road and parking lot expect noise. Room was very nice and clean with the exception of the bathroom floor that had some u known stains I had to wipe up with a towel . The resort is new and is nice other than the above "

"Convenient hotel for BC village and ski lifts. Large rooms, nice breakfast and convenient boot room and lockers on site. Slightly older property but well maintained. Access to the park Hyatt spa, gym and outdoor hot tubs is real bonus - those amenities are excellent."

"The alarm clock and the phone did not work in my room. I went to the front desk to report it. They said they could not do anything about it. I asked about having a wake-up call. They said someone would knock on my door at my requested time. I woke up myself concerned that I needed to be awake in the morning. Fortunately I woke up since no one knocked on my door in the morning."

"We stay room 399 , lots of steps , only one elevator which is far away .no ski storage , have to carry in room everyday"

"Strong marijuana smell in bathroom, two nights in a row. My wife is allergic to the smell. Turned on exhaust and main room fan and it went away. Not impressed"

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay and will definitely be returning to the Westin! "

"The staff at this place are extremely unprofessional. I forgot my wallet in the hotel safe, called two days later and was told that housekeeping said the safe was open and empty. Asked for manager to call me. Manager called and said they discovered that security had it (two days later still hadn't turned it in!). They said they would mail it to me. I had to pay UPS $30 for shipping, and a week later they still had not shipped it. They asked me to pay an additional $10 for UPS to come pick it...
