"Fantastic location, quiet and clean. The spot looks very nice, but our families didn’t have time to use it. One of our rooms the family went to breakfast every day and they were very happy with it. We had a few small meals in the bar to watch the end of a few World Cup games, we found the bartender and the servers to be very attentive and friendly. We can’t say enough nice things about the concierge men. Johnson, Enzo, William, Mathew each were the face of the hotel in the morning afternoon and...

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."

"The property was clean, has quiet AC, the hotel was quiet and it was nice to have a kitchen! The shuttle was half a block away from the hotel to go to Disneyland and everything went smoothly."

"Wij hebben ons verblijf negatief ervaren. Wij hadden heel veel lawaai op de gang en we lagen op een kamer met een tussendeur waardoor er ook veel lawaai was van de kamer naast ons. De kamer was proper maar het sanitair is verouderd. Het toilet maakte een constant ronkend geluid, ook in de nacht. Bovenop moesten we ook nog extra 17€ betalen om 1 nacht op de parking van het hotel te staan. Dit zou gerust gratis mogen zijn, uiteindelijk verblijf je in het hotel en consumeer je ook eten en drinken....

"We checked in July 13 during the European heat wave and found that there was no air conditioning in the Santa Fe. To make it worse, the room window faced west. We couldn't have slept in that room. I went back to the desk and, in true Disney form, the desk clerk was able to find us a room in the nearby Cheyenne for a small additional difference in rates. It was a much nicer room and the breakfast buffet was incredible (the Santa Fe breakfast might have been good, too, but we didn't have it.)...
