"The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. One of the lifts was broken, which made access to the floors very difficult, especially with luggage and a torn ACL. If you can't take the stairs and are an impatient person, then this isn't the place for you. It became quite frustrating having to wait up to 10 minutes as the lift was full. "We had one misunderstanding about the type of reserved room. Although I reserved a triple room for 3 adults (which price was reasonable that motivated me to reserve) ,but in check-in process in hotel was informed that actually the reserved room is for two people and for third one I must pay an extra money. I paid that extra amount, but honestly said if I knew about it ,maybe I had not got the room."
