"This was such an amazing hotel. From check in to check out we couldn't have asked for a friendlier staff. The location was perfect! Delicious food all around us and felt extremely safe to walk around even very very late at night. The Eiffel tower was a 10 minute walk and lots of amazing places all around...... We would 100 % come back this hotel and hope to even see our friendly desk man again. Absolute gem in Paris!!!!! "

"The staff and employees were absolutely delightful and helpful. The hotel is located in an 18th century building which has no air conditioning. Last week in Paris we had a few days of high 80s and one of 91with 50% humidity. The one fan in our room was essentially useless. October might be a better choice for staying here. Would also suggest that dairy foods served for breakfast buffet (cheeses and milk) be kept cold. I’d opted out of cereal and milk after discovering a carafe of warm milk...
