"It was the most expensive hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Their brochure related how eco-friendly they were while supplying a minuscule pod to sleep in. Bathroom was down the hall, with shower stalls for all. It was total malarkey"

"lovely staff. great breakfast although if I was staying for longer than 2 nights it might feel a bit samey. condition of the room was poor with black mould on bathroom sealant. I notified the hotel but there was no immediate response . they mentioned they would look into it after we left. would not stay there again. reminded me of a Travelodge waiting for an update"

"NH Copenhagen Grand Joanne was an incredibly well-designed hotel and, true to Danish style, wonderfully cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, and the creativity and attention to detail throughout the property were noticeable and appreciated. We took so many photos because nearly every space had something interesting or beautiful to see. Most importantly, the hotel somehow made us feel at home despite being in a new country.
There were a few...

"I originally gave the hotel a 1-star rating because I couldn't use the room they assigned to me due to a bad smell in the room (like a dead animal smell); the hotel couldn't give me a different room as they were completely booked, so they cancelled my reservation and told me that I could get a full refund from Expedia since I paid through Expedia.
