Vorremmo chiarire che il problema è stato segnalato al nostro team di manutenzione e, non essendo più stato riproposto in reception, avevamo presumuto che fosse stato risolto correttamente. Ci dispiace molto per questo malinteso e per il disagio che ne è derivato.La ringraziamo per averci fatto presente questi aspetti, poiché ci aiutano a migliorare il nostro servizio.
