This was a self check in, which works great if you are expecting it. Both the front door and room door open with a code sent by message. The place seemed a little minimalist but met our needs. We parked about three blocks away in an underground parking lot.

Apartamento de tamanho excelente, muito bem localizado, e fácil acesso. Fica a desejar a internet Wi-Fi. No aparamento que ficamos, o sinal é muito fraco.

When I arrived at the hotel there was a power outage, so I could not activate the intercom until the guest attendant came and opened the door. The elevator did not work and the room was dark. One of the guests called the service and they arrived quite quickly to take care of the problem and were very kind

Veramente bello, in pieno centro storico a 5 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale. Camere molto spaziose e curate. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto vantaggioso. Sicuramente il migliore nella città vecchia in questo range di costo.

Fantastic Location - would stay again
Great location in centre of Valencia. Loved the easy self check-in codes. Room was a fantastic size, with a great shower and comfy bed. Only downside was having to come back in the middle of our second day to pay the bill as there was no one there at our check-in, or the following morning… if no-one generally there for reception might be best to offer a pay online facility so guests don’t have to interrupt their plans.

Location is amazing but that’s the main thing
Location was amazing but the wifi was slow and didn’t work. Even the Netflix on the TV couldn’t connect to the wifi. Beds were large but the cushions weren’t comfortable. It would be great to have a fridge as well considering the price you’re paying.

Pequeña decepción
Precioso y magnifico hotel, muy bien situado, pero he notado cierto abandono en las instalaciones, baños con humedades, olor a humedad en la recepción, falta de reposición de agua y vasos en la zona común. Y sobre todo la ausencia de personal en todo momento, nadie a quien dirigirte ante cualquier consulta (salvo telefónicamente), con lo que se convierte en un hotel frío y distante. Espero que esto solo sea temporal causado por las circunstancias sanitarias actuales y que pronto vuelva a ser lo que fué por que realmente valía la pena hospedarse en él.

A quiet restored building with large rooms and beds in a traffic-less lane just a few minutes away from the historic centre,with its many bars and restaurants. No breakfast but nice cafes nearby and a good coffee machine in each room.

Perfect location wiht thin walls.
Pretty nice place in an awesome location. However the rooms are very badly isolated. Means you can hear a lot from each neighbour.

Molto piacevole
Siamo stati benissimo, a cominciare dall’accoglienza al Check in. Atmosfera gradevole vissuta durante tutto il soggiorno. Camera accogliente e pulita, biancheria profumava di fresco e ben stirata. La macchinetta nespresso in camera è stata una piacevole sorpresa! Complimenti allo staff!!!

Upon arrival at 19:30 there was no reception . The bathroom was not clean there was fece in the toilet and hair all over the shower. After a discussion on the phone someone did come to clean but very superficially. The room that was originally reserved was changed and the staff claimed the room was the largest room they had , in fact it was a smaller room , in actuality all the rooms are about the same size but we were charged for a triple room and in the photo of the room you could see that the third bed was in another space , instead the room we were given was smaller and all the beds in the same space . Lastly but no less important the walls were not insulated and you could hear everything from both the hallway and other rooms. This hotel plays a trick with nice loft decoration worn look but has no service and did not address the noise factor. I would recommend that other guests not be fooled by the photos on the website this is really a pensione, one star!

Valencia 3 day break
The only problem we had was they had said it was OK to have a 3rd guest as it was a triple room we had booked. I booked flights for my daughter and then when I informed them of the time we were coming they said that one of the nights was not available for a 3rd person however after I explained that the flights were all booked they resolved it by putting an extra bed in a double room for one night. Anyone can make a mistake but I did panic for a few hours. Other than that they were very friendly and helpful.

Charming hotel off the beaten path
We've spent two nights in Valencia. OttoH Charm is centrally located near Plaça dei Reina on a quiet street. The staff is helpful., our room was spacious and comfortable.

Понравилось все:просторный номер и душевая,удобные кровати,очень большой балкон,красивые стеклянные балконные двери. До Кафедрального собора-5 мин пешком,до улицы с магазинами Colon- минут 10. Рядом остановка автобуса N1 до пляжа. Ребята на ресепшн отвечают с удовольствием на любые вопросы:советуют что посмотреть,как добраться!Единственные минусы: не хватает полочек и крючков,особенно в душе, нас было трое и это было ощутимо.Также из минусов- не пришло такси,заказанное на 4 утра при нас на ресепшн,чья тут вина-непонятно, но т.к. ресепшн работает с 10 до 18-00,нам пришлось бежать с чемоданами на большую улицу и ловить такси там,чтобы не опаздать на самолет. Так что кто вылетает ночью-будьте внимательны и заказывайте такси нв более раннее время,чтобы был запас,если что-идти и ловить его самим (по городу их ездит много даже ночью!)

Cinque giorni a Valencia con base in questo ottimo affittacamere con personale italiano (che semplifica tutto), gentile e sorridente. Peccato per i lavori a pinao terra e nel palazzo adiacente, tutti i pomeriggi compreso i festivi. Ma prima o poi finiranno pure i lavori... Posizione ideale, pieno centro, a due passi dalla fermata della metro Colon per l'aeroporto. Stanza molto ampia e pulita. Dovessi tornare a Valencia, ripartirei sicuramente da qui.

This charming hotel is very conveniently located, 5mins walk from plaza de Reina, Spacious, spotlessly clean room, tastefully decorated, very good WiFi, smart TV with good number of channels. Everything is new keyless entry system is extremely helpful specially if you arrive very late. Staff is friendly and very helpful (I mostly dealt with Fabio) I would definitely recommend this.
