"An exceptional stay at MYR Marqués House - 10/10! What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, welcoming, polite and kind. They remembered us, offered excellent recommendations and always greeted us with a smile. That warmth, across the whole team, made us feel so welcome. The location is fantastic: right in the heart of Ciutat Vella, moments from the cathedral and within easy walking distance of so much of Valencia’s beautiful old town. Despite being...

"The staff were extremely professional, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay! I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Juan at The Level reception on the 26th floor. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an early check-out and refund issue. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference and solved a major problem during my trip. Thank you so much, Juan! You truly made my travel experience much easier and better. I sincerely appreciate everything you...

"We had a lovely 4 night stay in Oct 26. All the staff we came across were friendly and happy to help with anything. The vincci room we booked had ample room and they confirmed which bed setup we would like on arrival. The twin bed option is two single mattresses pushed together, with seperate bedding but that worked fine. The room had a kettle with some tea and coffee options, a safe, shampoo, body wash, soap, body lotion, a hairdryer, plus tissues and a sponge. Unfortunately, our safe stopped...

"I had a great stay at BYPILLOW Sinfonía. The staff is very nice, courteous and helpful. The location is great if you wanna enjoy a residential neighborhood while being close to public transit, stores, food places, bars, etc."
