"The staff was helpful and location was great. However the room was near the breakfast area and I could hear all the chatter and commotion. The other downside is that you have to buzz in every time you come into the property. It felt tedious to do it all the time and should have a more user friendly approach, such as keys or a tap card."

"This property is beautiful, and the staff is amazing. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are spacious. We had a refrigerator with drinks (free of extra charge), filtered water outside the door with a pitcher in your room to refill, and an amazing breakfast every morning. As nice as the property is the cherry on top is the staff. Diego is so caring, attentive and delights in talking to and welcoming the guests every morning. I would come back to CDMX just to stay here again."
