"We had such an amazing time as Casa Izeba! We stayed for about 5 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday- and everything exceeded our expectations. The property was so beautiful and well maintained. Our bedroom and bathroom were so lovely, but also the common rooms, the staircases, and the rooftop were such beautiful spaces. The staff really put everything beyond expectations. "Our room looked the same each day as when we first arrived, it was spotless. Comfortable beds, quality bedding, beautiful decor, a lot of attention went into the details. Location perfect. Condesa is an urban jungle, very calming and family friendly. Close to Parque Mexico, Roma Norte, Anthropology Museum, we walked everywhere. Staff amazing! Friendly and professional. "Antes de llegar pregunté si había caliente siempre y dijeron que sí y no fué así, tuvimos q estar contactando al administrador por msj porque las llamadas nunca las contestó y solamente una persona pudo bañarse con agua caliente después salió super fría. La ubicación muy bien el lugar bien pero no tiene estacionamiento tampoco y tuve q dejar todo el día mi camioneta afuera."

"I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique.
