"No one when I got there. It was a late reservation but still … I was “relocated” to another place… a pizzeria where they have a few rooms … and it did feel like a pizzeria room : I could hear the kitchen from my room. "

"Communication with the hotel was excellent. Always responded promptly. On arrival we were adviced to get the ferry from the Salerno station as an alternative to their private transfers. It was really easy to book and travel on the ferry, just ensure you have atleast 20 minutes between arriving to Salerno and the ferry departure timing. Staff at the hotel are very helpful. I want to especially give a shout out to Rebecca at reception, and Nicholas in the restaurant and also the shuttle drivers....
