"Booked a Premium Level Suite, but instead was given a room on the 5th floor. I was told that there was no availability on the Premium Level floors, in spite of my premium payment! There was a lot of traffic noise which I wanted to avoid. Perhaps worst was the party on both Thursday and Friday with very loud thumping music until 3am! There was black dirt/mould between grout lines and other areas. Stains on carpet. Very disappointed. Property is 3-4 star, definitely not 5. On a positive note the...

"There are 2 different elevators you use in order to get to your room which is a bit of a pain. At the lobby, there are 2 elevators but only one was working, and it only holds 5 people. So there can be long lines. Take that elevator to the floor where breakfast is served, then take another elevator to the rooms. You must have your room card for this elevator.
The room was ok but the beds were really “shaky” is the only way I know to describe them but they were ok. I liked the thick blanket.
