"Our flight was delayed for several hours so we did get there until the next day. When we got there our place was given away and they gave us the small place that wasn't going to work for us. I did speak to the owner and got me another place that was very nice. He did offer to refund us one of days stay. Which was very professional of him and I would stay at any of Mr. M's properties. "

"I was absolutely shocked when our next door neighbour checked at 23.20 and we were woke up by their absolute noise. Walking like horses slamming doors and loud speak. I came out from my room and the host or host helper was asked in a very respectable manner if they know what the time is!?! Answer from the host ( not the guest) was that we are checking in.
