"The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....

"Great location, and amazing view (our room faced the river). Quick and courteous response to questions from "remote" service staff. Room and bath are quite large, however needing a little renovation. Dropping luggage, picking up key, the garage opener, and reaching the particulars of the parking garage instructions can be challenging when staff is not available (our case). Many restaurants nearby, which is useful since the unit does not offer breakfast. Overall, a great value"

"This was one of the best experiences. First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. I received wonderful advices in regards to food and places to visit while in Verona. Everything exceeded my expectations. This little cute room is to recommend...

"Hôtel agréable mais isolement phonique rédhibitoire Commençons par les points positifs, car ils sont réels : le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant, la localisation est excellente — à deux pas des arènes, idéale pour explorer la ville à pied — et le petit déjeuner est franchement de qualité, un vrai bon point. Malheureusement, tout s'arrête là. La chambre est extrêmement petite, et la salle de bain (2-3 m² à peine) relève du casse-tête : il faut littéralement se contorsionner pour circuler...

"We were told they were not serving breakfast until next week. We would have been ok with that, but I don't like being told it's available when it is not. I suspect it is because we were the only people staying in the hotel. There should be some indication in the advertisement that breakfast is not always available."
