"Easy access around old quarter"

"The Ann is a gorgeous little hotel Just far enough out of the quarters to be quiet but close enough to get into the action cheaply and quickly. Lovely pool area Great local eating in easy walking distance. Would stay here again"

"Clean room. Good service and helpful staff."

"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"

"Excellent Hotel, nothing was too much trouble.Very comfortable beds"

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"I have stayed in many hotels in the Old Quarter during my one-month trip in Vietnam, and Bonjour D'An Nam is by far the best hotel I have experienced. The breakfast is abundant, convenient, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The room is comfortable, spacious, and quiet — exactly what I need for a good night’s sleep. "Great hotel, the swimming pool in the 5th floor in the middle of the city is really a plus"

We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special....

"Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Great location."

"GRAND du LAC is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and next to the St Joseph Cathedral. The ambiance is elegant, with beautiful architecture and top-notch services. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi."
