"Very nice 5-star hotel. It can be confusing to figure out the parking garage and where you are. But it was nice to be able to park on level 5 right near our bedroom. And there is more than one elevator going up from Lobby floor. One elevator to level 5 takes you a different place than the other one. If you are in the Tower, you must be sure to get that elevator.
Our room was nice, but the balcony latch/lock did not work. And it seemed the AC did not do well at cooling the bedrooms.,,maybe the vents were closed??? we didnt check that.The bacony furniture was not clean.
The biggest problem was when I took my rental vehicle to the airport. I was told that I can catch a courtesy bus back to the hotel on the 1/4 and 3/4 hour. I waited outside at airport till well past the due time for bus. FInally I called the hotel to see what the problem is. I was told that the driver is running late, and I should catch a taxi instead, and the hotel will pay for it. They also said one driver had called in sick. Well, here is the real reason, which I learned a little later: a flight crew had to be picked up, so the bus just skipped out on its regular stop and loaded up the important people instead. Even though I am not a pilot, I still would've hoped that since I paid my dues for the room, I would not be left set waiting with no idea what to do. I think the bus should still make the regular stop and tell the waiting customers that they will need to wait, or send a hotel rep to arrange taxis."
