"I am an extremley fussy person with high expectations, l must say this hotel has not only met my expectations but has also exceeded them. I loved our room, we were met by Marty on arrival, he was absolutely amazing & showed that he geniunely cared about the guests, a very rare quality these days. The staff were all friendly, & Andrew the concierge went out of his way to make sure we were looked after, even with an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel. I will have no hesitation in recommending this hotel & certainly would'nt hesitate to stay there again."

"This was conveniently located for during the world cup ESPECIALLY for the price!! (unusual for that event). Was so grateful. The front desk/concierre were so helpful. The rooftop very classy and yet comfortable, We went in our game clothes but could go dressed up too. Fresh market and waterfront very close by. Loved it all!!! Would definitely return. Gym is ok. Lacking some weights, etc. Have seen better gyms. Very comfy bed. Stay there!"
