"I rated it all as excellent. It was an excellent price point, staff, grounds and hotel was in great shape. I mean come on it was a free buffet of the normal hotel breakfast. It wasn't excellent but it got us through until lunch. No complaints would definitely stay again."

"This was my first time staying at a Best Western Plus, but if this stay is a reflection of other sites, it is not my last time! There were 10 of us in two rooms and we could have had more. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of options to sleep. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kids had breakfast and it was a normal breakfast. The location was great. I plan to stay here again whenever we visit Alabama."

"The hotel needs remodeling. When I entered my room, the air was set to 86. I understand saving money but this is ridiculous. With heat on, the room had obviously been subjected to water intrusion and was so musty it took my breath away. I asked to be moved to another room which was better smelling but had a door closure broken and walls that had been patched. I would not stay there again."

"We had to book a hotel while my dad was in CICU. This was one of the closest hotels! Short easy trip to hospital. Close to walmart and restaurants! Staff were so nice and helpful! Hotel and rooms were very clean!"

"A nice, comfortable stay overall. The hotel is a little dated in places, but it was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was well maintained. The standout was definitely the complimentary breakfast—it had a great variety, was well stocked, and was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I’d happily stay here again."

"I was having a procedure at Grandview Medical and the staff were very kind. The front desk helped my knows to get a room in our floor last minute. I wish there had been a continental breakfast but the complimentary coffee was good. Would definitely stay again."

"Good cheap place when you are playing baseball in hoover. BBQ was good. Showers were hot and water pressure was great. Free laundry service was very nice and came in handy washing jerseys. Kitchen in the room was also great. Pool was warm as we stayed in the summer and was quiet."
