My only complaint was that the water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent - the water continuously fluctuated between very hot and very cold without touching the temperature handle on the wall."

"DONT STAY HERE - TERRIBLE DAY MANAGER One staff ruined entire stay. Night manager was great but morning staff contradicted what night staff said. They charged for morning lobby coffee by the cup NOT refillable! Charges full breakfast buffet when no food but 2 rolls were left. And his reasoning was “no one told me”, when the desk is not staffed. Dirty airport transportation. I would not recommend to anyone if the day manager works there, he is argumentative, rude and scams people to pay what...

"Everything was very basic but the room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. There were very few amenities and they could not provide a shower cap. It’s okay for an overnight prior to leaving from the airport."

"Breakfast is amazing. I love breakfast. The shuttle service is free from airport to hotel but it's very difficult to find the shuttle as the airport is huge. It's supposed to be 2f or 2e but always make sure to call and notified your arrival. I had issues in finding the shuttle and need to take an uber. Staff is friendly and they even took care of my handcarry as I was going to visit city centre."

"Room was clean, no AC so it got warmer at night, but nothing crazy. We cracked a window and were good. However, for NA travellers, be aware European windows (from my expirience) don’t have bug screens in them! There is a small “convenience” store in the lobby. Alongside a FANTASTIC restaurant. "

"The breakfast menu was simple but satisfactory. I used uber to get around so parking was not an issue for me. My only recommendations are to provide more pillows. I had to ask for additional pillows "

"We love staying in this hotel. So easy to get to - close to Disneyland Paris and such an easy drive in. Room is spotless and the family rooms are huge! All the staff were so lovely, nothing too much trouble. Safe, convenient parking with a lift directly up to the rooms. We will definitely be returning. "
