"Perantzada was the centerpiece of my time on Ithaca. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with bright blue walls, flowers everywhere, breathtaking views over the harbor, and the perfect location—just a short walk into town while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Our room and balcony were spectacular for relaxing or watching the sunset with a spritz. "No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. We could hear two people arguing on higher floor. 3 min walk to nice beach with an attendant bringing drinks. ...

"This hotel is in the heart of everything, From restaurants to bars, cafes, shopping boutiques. Amazing view from the balcony. I would recommend this hotel over and over again. The staff were fantastic extremely welcoming and helped with any questions you have. I can’t wait to come back again. (By the way the sleep is amazing, amazing beds and pillows) 5stars all around. "Panos and his wife wet were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and most helpful. The room was cleaned every day, had a small but adequate (for us) tv and a lovely, quiet air conditioning unit. A 5 minute walk or 10 minute stroll to the harbour and the tavernas. Located up a little bit of an incline but I managed it well enough even while carrying a weeks supply of water for 2 and I’m 68."
