No room service, no water in fridge. Difficult to fill kettle from ver small bathroom sink."

"Good weekend stay with great access to the city on the ferry"

"We had a stay scheduled here and due to airplane problems, missed our scheduled flight. The hotel staff was very helpful in getting our pickup at the Sydney end rescheduled. The hotel was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay, even though we were only able to enjoy one night with them."
