"I gave 5 stars because the customer service was amazing. I got a complimentary drink at the bar and a free coffee while I waited for check in without even asking. There could be improvements like a fan or ac but the window opened helped. Also could be a little bit cleaner in the room but for the price of everything and it being close to the train 5 stars! "

"We only stayed one night at the hotel but we're very pleased with it. The location is great - very close to Nyhavn as well as several other tourist spots. There are many food choices around the area as well. The hotel itself was nice. We booked a larger room and it was plenty big for the 2 of us. Would recommend this hotel. "
