"First off it’s a beautiful hotel the view on the lake side is fabulous! Things that could be improved: My bathroom toilet lid was dirty, the ceiling above the shower was ajar very creepy, it was hot in the room, it really needs to have wash cloths. There is nothing to wash your body with. The toilet lid sits too close to the wall so when you sit it digs into your back, there really needs to be a shower door the water goes everywhere! Need more towels. I thought I had an upgraded room...

"very small room. Not event kettle for boiling water let alone coffee or tea. Has to get hot water from front desk and staff will give you hot water without holder and it can burn your fingers. Double bed is against the wall, needs to climb in and out."

"Zoku is well designed both inside and out. It looks exactly as the interior design from one of the tiny house episodes I watched before. It’s a small loft apartment style hotel that has everything you need for your stay. The bed is super comfy. Room is soundproof and I don’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside. You can rest assured for a quiet night sleep. Our room has a street view but we didn’t hear any noise from cars or buses. Location is convenient, 2-3 minutes walk from the Metro...
