I loved the property so much that I actually cancelled my full day excursion so I could have more time at the property. "The Hotel del Rio was absolutely amazing. The staff was super helpful in all regards from event planning to dining to recommendations on sights to see etc. The rooms were very clean and modern. Every morning they asked about whether we wanted service or not. The on site amenities were very diverse from sports to spas. Even our kids did not get bored. Lots of trails for walking. The rooms were very private as well, I am not sure I saw or heard another guest except for at the restaurant. ...

"The room was large and very comfortable for our group of four (two adults and two teenagers). We especially enjoyed the private thermal pool, which was an awesome addition. However, we did notice that some of the fixtures in the room are a bit dated, particularly the toilet. Updating these elements would significantly improve the overall experience. "We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Paradise Hot Springs hotel. Great location for all of the activities we did (hanging bridges, whitewater rafting and zip lining). A short (and cheap) uber to town if you want to go out to dinner ‘off campus.’ The staff was amazing, especially Andre, and very accommodating (I.e., arranged for boxes breakfasts for early morning adventure).
