"Tutto perfetto, casa molto bella e nuova, host accogliente e disponibile. Straconsigliata."

"Lovely property! It is so special to stay right on the grounds of this unique winery. The grounds are beautiful, the wine is very good and the Osteria serves delicious food. The rooms are a little smaller, but are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a fantastic stay there."

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Frühstück hat einfach köstlich geschmeckt. wir und unser Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Clean and great service "

"Ottima esperienza! Bel posto e ottimo servizio del personale!"

"Struttura piacevole"

"Very nice bed and breakfast to spend your days at Venice. Highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed. The hosts Mario and Esmeralda take a lot of pride in their place and want you to have a great stay"

"Great location, very good breakfast. Clean suite and quiet at night"

"The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions, and the wine was excellent as well. Our only regret was staying for just one night! We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what this wonderful place had to offer. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely love to come back! From Canada"

"Excellent location, close to shops, grocery, dining, and most importantly the Water Bus. While in a busy/loud corridor, closing the shutters and windows drowned out nearly all sound. Small room, but generous sized bathroom. We had speedy WiFi, and access to fresh filtered water in the “kitchen” across the hall. We were only disappointed in the lack of coffee in the morning, but didn’t mind much as we could walk down the street to a cafe on the water. The “air conditioning” would not go below...

"A pleasant, simple option about a 4-minute drive from Motta di Livenza. This is a family-run affair, and it may feel as if you're living in a spare bedroom - but the owners were very pleasant and offered useful restaurant recommendations, and the breakfast was solid, if not spectacular. The rural setting, though, is delightful: two vineyards are within easy walking distance, and the adjacent small road works well for a morning jog. If you have a car and want a casual experience, this could work...

"Location was excellent, access to Venice perfect, free parking!"

"Eleganza in centro locazione splendida, parcheggio non comodissimk, ma piccola pecca"

"We enjoyed our stay, especially appreciated the great bedding, silent surroundings. May be would add more home-made products for breakfast and less the packaged ones."
