"Traveling with our dog and this was a great stay. Very clean. Friendly staff and easy access."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Looked after all of our needs including booking us a water taxi to the airport. Check in was smooth, continental breakfast was great. Overall a great hotel with a convenient location. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone."

"The staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful in every way requested. Our room was clean, the bathroom fixtures were all updated and working well. Shower water was hot. It was late October and the heat was on in the room, that was very nice. There are espresso makers in the rooms, Nespresso, with pods restocked every morning. "The rooms were comfortable but could use a good dusting (supply & return ducts and lamps were dusty). Good location and VERY helpful staff. Samon answered all our questions and helped us travel esp with understanding the Vaporetto etc. I would book again!"

"Great hotel and location. Very helpful staff with organizing water taxis to and from train station."

"Room is super clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and busy ."

"Hay una distancia considerable para llegar a donde está el “ambiente” de la ciudad, Para personas con dificultades para caminar, no es recomendable"

"The hotel is cosy and very nice. Pictures of the rooms are exactly as they are. It’s quiet, updated with a fabulous bathroom, the bed is very comfortable and the toiletries are excellent. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location can’t be better, lots of good places around to eat, less than a 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco and vaporetto stops."
