"Love the staff so helpful"

"Great place to stay on Venice with water shuttle operating every 20 minutes to San Marco square except from 1-2 pm. I would recommend that the hotel staff shuttle so there is no midday break. They also need to increase staff at front desk during heavy check in hours. Please note you need reservations to use the pool and use limited to 2 hours and hotel charges 40 euros to use the jacuzzi/whirlpool in the spa and reservations also required with time limit"

"Compared to other hotels in Venice this hotel has a contemporary style. Check in was fast, the beds were comfortable, and we very much appreciated the air-conditioning. We stayed in a family room which was small (like most hotel rooms in Venice) but very clean.
