This was a fantastic B&B experience. It was in what we thought is probably the best possible location in Venice. The gentleman that checked us in and cooked fresh breakfast for us each morning ing was amazing! Such a great experience. We all loved this place! And I would strongly recommend.

What an amazing hotel experience. We were greeted by a kind host who helped us with our luggage, gave information, and showed us to our room. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Breakfast was perfect and fresh. Overall an awesome experience, would highly recommend.

Es un muy pequeño hotel con una excelente ubicación en Venecia. Lo muy bueno: La habitación, preciosamente decorada, limpia, muy amplia y con una baño grande con regadera, WC, bidé, tina, doble lavado y todo de muy buen gusto. Además en el kit de bienvenida además de los amenitis normales, te incluyen pantuflas. Lo malo: Para llegar al hotel hay que subir como 3 pisos sin elevador y con maletas si está muy muy complicado. El baño tenía una fuga constante de agua y el piso siempre estaba mojado. Hay un elevador para discapacitados, pero solo sube como 1 piso y este no te lo ofrecen para subir las maletas. El personal muy amable. El desayuno con pocas opciones, solo huevo revuelto, cereal, queso, pan, jamón, yogur y mermelada.

This is such a hidden gem in Venice. Booked the property based on faith in the reviews and it did not disappoint. First, close proximity to St. Mark Square was prefect for attractions and many restaurants. The property was impeccably clean and the staff friendly. We would stay here again.

Very clean room with an AMAZING VIEW, ask for room 6! Umberto was kind and responsive, as well as the young man who made breakfast…a great “North American” style breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs and bacon, along with fresh baked croissants! You are within walking distance of every major tourist site as well.

La ubicación inmejorable muy cerca de la plaza San Marco y del teatro La Fenice.Nos fue muy fácil encontrar el alojamiento.El personal muy amable nos facilitó información sobre lugares donde comer y cenar, así como otra información de interés.La habitación muy limpia y cuidada.En la habitación había productos de aseo y zapatillas de cortesía.El desayuno era correcto.El chico que estaba en el desayuno fue muy atento.La habitación era muy amplia .Tenía dos sofás camas y una cama de matrimonio muy confortable.El baños muy grande con ducha y bañera.Hay calefacción y aire acondicionado.Nos permitieron dejar las maletas el día de nuestra salida.Si volvemos a Venecia repetiremos seguro
