"This property was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it was terrific. Especially the people! The staff is great and friendly and the owners are such sweet and lovely people. Very accommodating and even helped me with my transport to the train station upon checkout so it made me feel very taken care of. Anyone will be lucky to stay here for their trip to Venice. Definitely coming back with friends and family! "

"This is a family run hotel and it feels like home. Felicia is the best and was very kind to my elderly nonna who was in a walker. There are rooms that are accessible for handicapped people so please ask for that if needed. There’s breakfast, and dinner available. You can hear outside of the room so I suggest using sleep sounds as to not wake you if you are a light sleeper. All in all I recommend this hotel. 10/10. Grazie mille!"

"The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,"

"Lovely quiet, spotlessly clean hotel. Easy to get to from main boat stop by line A bus. Friendly staff (apart from young lady lifeguard-rude) Loved being away from the hassle of Venice itself but easy to get there as required. Will definitely be coming back loved it here. "

"Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, 10 min walk to station and bus station. Lots of shops and food places around two great pizza places within 2 min walk. A very cheap supermarket in the alley next door. Room spacious and clean, hot water, great view to canal. Fridge and safe and bottle of bubbly in room. Staff friendly and helpful, map given on arrival. 20 min walk to main square. TV had several english movie channels which was a bonus and great WiFi. Would definitely return. Area is...
