"We found Hotel Rigel to be an excellent choice for our 5 nights. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the waterbus stop on Lido on a quiet road. Our room was comfortable and very clean with some interesting touches of Venetian style. "I was pleasantly surprised about how tasteful, clean and spacious my room was. Even the bathroom was large. And I loved the high ceilings. I felt like living in style! A 2 minute walk to a lovely beach. In a completely quiet neighborhood. And it took me only 10 minutes to walk to the harbor. From there, water bus connections to downtown Venice, or directly to Venice airport, were very frequent and on time. All in all an extremely positive experience -- I shall be back!"
