"Our stay was brief but wonderful. We were welcomed warmly, and felt comfortable with our room. The property is very special and excellent value. We appreciated use of the kitchen and lounge area where we could read in the evening. Close to the water and to a choice of restaurants. Easy parking outside, easy walk to the station and only 20 mins by train to Pakermo. We would definitely stay in this delightful place again! Thank you! "

"This apartment had one bedroom and two full bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, it was pretty nice. Very modern and clean. I would stay here again. It was about 15 minutes walking distance to the center of Palermo. We were able to find parking near the apartment, free parking. The host communicated well with us on whatsup with directions, he was attentive. When we arrived there was only a large bed for me, my wife, and my daughter. "This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!"

"The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay. "

Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. C’est vraiment un plus pour l’hébergement qui est bien situé dans Palerme. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. "

"The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival. "Très bon petit déjeuner et chambre très propre. Par contre aucune isolation phonique, les chambres donnent sur les escaliers en carrelage, très bruyant, la clientèle n'est pas respectueuse des autres , ça crie la nuit , les gens montent les escaliers en pleine nuit d'un pas très lourd... à fuir "
