"Great location. We had a nice view of the ocean from our room. Definitely needs some TLC very dingy like old hotels become if not maintained. Seems like they are in the process of upgrading but looks like the progress is slow. Because its pet friendly and old, the carpet has a smell. Carpets need to be replaced preferably not by carpet to keep dog smell down. Once renovations are complete I believe it will be great"

"Stayed for 3 nights. 1st night couldn't get good sleep, A/C unit in the wall unit had a fan that was noisy so couldn't use the A/C, since it was cool enough outside temp decided to keep balcony door open on 2nd floor. But facing street it was too noisy. With help from on site Manager Erika, she went extra mile to get us in another room 2 nights facing marina and A/C that was working. She checked to insure it was normal noisy window unit a/c. Overall property is clean, rooms were cleaned...

"Seems like a lot of down and out people live there - maybe some type of military or ice or jail-like housing - concerned about leaving belongings in car No side tables near bed; lights on wall didn’t work, TV remote only went lower in channels, not higher. Weird mop baskets and shoes were outside most of the rooms."
