"Excellent property but we found that some of the male staff lacked professionalism and couldn’t answer our questions, we felt like we were being an annoyance to them. When leaving after staying there for 6 days it we weren’t even thanked for staying there or asked how our stay was.
We loved getting the Roam passes they gave us ,they were very useful to get around Banff, we used them daily. We also visited the Red Earth Spa and it was lovely, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
On the whole we had an amazing time there and would stay there again"
